Genuine & artistic.  These school photos capture the child just as they are.

Frequently Asked Questions - I'm Happy to Answer. :)

  • What is Fine Art School Photography?

    • Unlike traditional school photos, I aim to bring out the personality in each child, and to give parents more than one pose as an option. I don't force smiles. I don't force the children to be anything other than who they are right when they walk in front of me. I connect with them and welcome them (I have two children myself - ages 6 and 9), and shoot from there, obtaining genuine and artistic images.

    • For schools that choose to work with me, I offer warm and friendly service to each family attending your school. So that I can provide a custom boutique experience, I only take on a select number of schools each year.

  • What Services Do You Offer?

    • I make working with me very simple by running everything online. Parents are emailed a password-protected gallery from which to make their purchases. Galleries are set up according to grade, homeroom or whatever grouping works best for the school.

  • How Many Students Can You Accommodate?

    • I have worked with schools as small as 75 and am set up to work with schools with up to 1000 kiddos.

  • Are Your Packages Expensive?

    • My packages are priced competitively, and nothing is due up-front. Parents only purchase what they love, and I offer both print + digital packages as well as a la carte items.

    • Additionally, I give 10% of my profits right back to the school!

  • What Time of Year Do You Offer These School Photos?

    • Anytime! I love working with each school to figure out a time that is best.

Liza has the talent and ability to capture and portray her subjects’ true personalities. Watching her take pictures is extremely entertaining and incredible to see how she gets the children to open up to her and flash a genuine smile. I am exceptionally pleased with her work; it is pure, real, and beautiful.
