Kids Photography Camp is just the thing to get kids thinking creatively, learning a new skill and staying out of your hair right about that time when you’ve finished homeschool and lunch and need to focus on something else!

I have taken several fun & successful runs of a live version of this camp & have made it into a pre-recorded course of 5 lessons + printables for each lesson + lots of fun follow-up photography activities, challenges & scavenger hunts!

Kids & Parents Love Photography Camp!

I’m Liza! I’m a brand + lifestyle photographer outside Nashville, TN & I have been taking photos with a “good” camera since I was 13! I have two girls, ages 9 and 6 (but she’ll be 7 in a few weeks and she would have wanted me to tell you that).

I’ve won awards including being a 2018 Voice Collection Finalist and shot the very first family photos for The Home Edit’s Clea Shearer & celebrity photographer husband, John Shearer, family this year.

I love working with kids, teaching them new things in a fun way and encouraging their natural creativity! I’m excited about this opportunity to teach YOUR kids about how much fun photography can be!

AGES

Kids ages 6-13 can enjoy this course!
Easy-to-understand teaching with lots of visuals make it so younger kids “get it,” but there are plenty of more advanced creative possibilities for older kids! Some of the younger kids don’t “get” all the concepts, but they are all still engaged and LOVE taking photos when camp ends for the day!

CAMERA

Kids can use ANY camera they want!
Smartphones, iPods, iPads, Digital, DSLR - whatever works for you! I would recommend NOT using a polaroid-type camera, though.

DATES

TIME

With the on-demand class, you have access to it any time!
Camp videos are about 15 minutes each with plenty of practice tasks to keep them busy for a while!
It’s a great idea to set a daily “photography camp” time for your kids & play the videos every day at that time!

LOCATION

The live camps were on zoom, but the current camp is delivered via email. You will receive a link to your course where you can log in and create your own password.
